OUR MODEL

ECN School of Ministry’s approach to theological education and training will follow the visionary model of Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s seminary at Finkenwalde, emphasizing a deeply rooted, communal approach to theological education and discipleship. Inspired by Bonhoeffer’s belief that spiritual formation must occur within a shared life of prayer, study, and accountability, the school cultivates an environment where students not only gain academic knowledge but are also shaped through daily rhythms of worship, confession, service, and fellowship. This holistic model prioritizes character development and Christ-centered community, aiming to form leaders whose lives and ministries are marked by integrity, humility, and unwavering commitment to a life lived fully in Jesus Christ.
